Research Institute

Thought Leadership

We are committed to developing and disseminating research about philanthropic topics involving Cuba in general and, in particular, our five areas of focus. To that end, we are in the process of organizing the Cuba Foundation Research Institute, which shall reside within the Cuba Foundation. It will serve serve as our in-house research unit; publishing our research and the research of others; maintaining a “resources portal”; and acting as a convener for conferences and seminars. We are launching this initiative with an essay by one of Cuba’s leading historians about Marta Abreu, and several videos we produced.
